Client information is confidential and written authorisation is required to release any information.
We will gain client consent before referring you to other health professionals, if we feel it is beneficial to your health.
We do NOT double book appointments
Please reschedule session if more than 15 minutes late (exceptional circumstances will be considered).
24 hour cancellation notice is required
A full payment will taken when booking all appointments. An 80% refund will be given if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or the client fails to attend.
Please turn your mobile phone to silent/off during your therapy session.
Your therapist will advise appropriate (if any) items of clothing to remove at the start of your appointment.
You will be draped in towels to preserve your modesty and at no time be exposed
ALL clients are required to complete an online health questionnaire and Covid declaration BEFORE every appointment.
At the present time, the therapist will wear PPE consisting of face mask/clear visor.
All linen used (including therapist uniform) is changed after each client and laundered at high temperature daily.
You may end the session at any time for any reason.
Inappropriate behaviour WILL NOT be tolerated and WILL be reported.
