Our Health questionnaires have been modified in light of current guidelines.
If you are a new client please fill out the more detailed New Client Questionnaire when you book your appointment. Existing clients, complete the Follow-up questionnaire only.
This is to enable us to observe any cautions or contraindications to the therapies and provide the best care. These will be emailed to you with your booking confirmation.
We appreciate that there is no longer a legal requirement to wear a mask/face-covering, however, you may choose to do so if you feel more comfortable whilst in the therapy room,
Your therapist will follow good hand hygiene for each client as we are a close-contact service and wear a disposable face-mask if clients are vulnerable or on request.
Hand sanitiser is available throughout the building and our toilet facilities are kept clean and well stocked for hand washing.
The therapy room is disinfected thoroughly between clients and well ventilated to minimise risk of airborne infection.
All used linen is changed for each client and laundered at a high temperature each day.
The rest of the premises; waiting area and toilets are cleaned frequently on a daily basis.
It is no longer legally required to self-isolate if you test positive for COVID-19. However, we request that you follow new government guidance, which advises people who test positive or exhibit symptoms to stay at home and avoid contact with other people. If you feel unwell for any reason please reschedule your appointment.
