My name is Nichola and I am a Complementary Therapist .

I have worked with a variety of people including professional and amateur athletes,  those with chronic conditions, women living with menopause, and more. 

I offer Sports Massage/Soft Tissue Therapy, Aromatherapy and Reflexology to help and support you  with these and other similar issues.
